EZINTERVUEZ and Zoho Recruit Integration Guidelines

EzIntervuez and Zoho Recruit Integration Guidelines

Prerequisites

  1. Create a EzIntervuez Organization Account here.
  2. Set up a Zoho Account with administrative access to use the Zoho Recruit module.
  3. Follow the steps below to create a Zoho API Client, enabling seamless integration between EzIntervuez and Zoho Recruit .

Step 1: Create a Zoho Client (OAuth Setup) 

  1. Go to https://api-console.zoho.com
  2. Click “Add Client”
  3. Choose “Server-based Application”
  4. Fill in the following: 
      • Client Name: EzIntervuez Integration 

    1. Click Create

      Client ID & Secret

    2. Save the Client ID and Client Secret shown after creation. You’ll use these to authenticate EzIntervuez system.

    Step 2: Configure Zoho Recruit’s Client ID and Client Secret in EzIntervuez Admin Panel.

    1. Login as Organization Admin in EzIntervuez here.
    2. Navigate to: Organization Profile
      Organization Profile
    3. Click on the Edit button and enter the following details in Zoho OAuth Configuration section: 
        • Client ID & Client Secret: Copy from Step 1.

        • Zoho Scope: ZohoRecruit.modules.UPDATE,ZohoRecruit.users.UPDATE,ZohoRecruit.settings.UPDATE,ZohoRecruit.setup.operation.UPDATE,ZohoRecruit.modules.CREATE,ZohoRecruit.users.CREATE,ZohoRecruit.settings.CREATE,ZohoRecruit.setup.operation.CREATE,ZohoRecruit.modules.READ,ZohoRecruit.users.READ,ZohoRecruit.settings.READ,ZohoRecruit.setup.operation.READ

    4. After entering the details click on Save & Connect Button. It will take you to Zoho’s authentication page.


    5. Review the requested permissions and click “Accept”. 

    6. You’ll be redirected back to EzIntervuez.
    7. Once you finish the above, now you are connected with Zoho Recruit and EzIntervuez.
